Second Sitting is a café and bar on Derby Road in Melbourne, from Claudia and Rory.

A relaxed, unhurried space to eat, drink and stay a little longer than planned. Not fancy. Not trying to be.

The kitchen is led by Rory, who has spent his career cooking in some of the most loved restaurants in the UK, alongside chefs including Marcus Wareing, Angela Hartnett and Jason Atherton. He's taken everything he's learned in those kitchens, but left the formality at the door.

No large plates section, no three-course menu, no white tablecloths. Just really good food, done well, using local produce and small-batch suppliers.

Alongside the food you'll find a creative bespoke cocktail menu, thoughtfully chosen wine list, St Martins coffee and specialty drinks.
